Overview

As a Community Manager, I was responsible for driving engagement, communication, and task compliance within a team of interns. My role involved coordinating daily interactions, providing guidance, addressing doubts, and acting as a bridge between interns and higher management, including the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Encouraged active participation and interaction within the intern WhatsApp group.

  • Collected regular updates on interns’ work progress and task submissions.

  • Shared timely information about meetings, new project launches, and tool introductions.

  • Ensured all interns completed mandatory daily check-ins (clock-ins).

  • Addressed interns’ doubts and confusion after meetings through individual follow-ups.

  • Organized one-on-one meetings with the CEO and interns when extra clarity was needed.

  • Maintained regular communication and ensured a clear understanding of project objectives.


Key Initiatives & Activities

  • Created and shared update messages, reminders, and motivational content to maintain momentum.

  • Monitored group activity and personally followed up with less responsive interns.

  • Managed the group calendar for daily meets and important deadlines.

  • Guided new interns on how to get started with tasks and tools.

  • Took initiative to host private sessions when doubts remained unresolved in group discussions.

  • Coordinated with the CEO to schedule special sessions for project/tool walkthroughs.

Conclusion
