What I Did as a Content Writer Intern at Vebnox
In the digital world, content isn’t just text—it’s a brand’s voice. As a Content Writer Intern at Vebnox, I experienced firsthand how each word, sentence, and paragraph contributes to a company’s online presence. These five days offered insights not just into writing but also into content planning, SEO strategies, and teamwork. Here’s a detailed look at my daily responsibilities and the work I accomplished.
Day 1: Orientation, Project Assignment
On July 16, I officially started my internship at Vebnox as a content writer and social media manager. We, interns were given orientation and were introduced about Tracksy platform, where I saw my project and HR mam walked me through the brand voice and content guidelines.
Tasks Completed:
Understood Vebnox’s tone (professional yet approachable).
Explored Vebnox’s website to analyze existing content.
Researched for style and content strategy.
Planned a basic content calendar for the week.
Noted key service areas (web development, app development, digital marketing).
By the end of the day, I prepared a list of potential blog topics and promotional post ideas aligned with Vebnox's projects.
Day 2: Website Content Review & Blog Drafting
On July, 17th I focused on the content available on the Vebnox's official website. I also had a google meet with HR mam which clarified my doubts regarding the project.
Tasks Completed:
Conducted keyword research relevant to Vebnox's services.
Selected the topic for blog writing as well social media post content.
Started drafting a blog titled "WHY VEBNOX IS THE RIGHT PARTNER FOR YOUR BRAND".
Focused on writing SEO-friendly headings, engaging introductions, and clear calls to action.
By day’s end, I completed 60% of the blog draft. This day was a blend of creative brainstorming and concise writing.
Day 3: Promotional Content for Social Media Posts
On July 18, I completed my blog writing and started working on Social media post. After the meeting, I submitted my both work- BLOG and Social Media post on Tracksy as well as HR mam.

Proofread and edited the blog
completed writing Blog
Created Instagram captions and hashtags.
created a carousal post for Instagram
submitted my project.
By the end of the day, the blog was finalized and ready for publishing.
Day 4: Proofreading, Edits & Coordination
On July 19 morning, the blog was finalized and ready for publishing. After the meeting, I was instructed to publish and post the content on different platforms. The team shared constructive feedback, appreciating my writing clarity and SEO integration, while suggesting deeper engagement strategies for future content.
Day 5: Publishing, Scheduling & Review
On the final day of the week, my focus shifted to execution. Content prepared earlier was published and scheduled for distribution.
Tasks Completed:
Edited the format of blog.
Posted the carousel-post on Instagram with promotional captions and hashtags.
